A traditional German lager brewed in March and cellared until it's time to celebrate Oktoberfest! Our Marzen is orange-copper in color with beautiful clarity. Toasted brown bread aroma with a light, clean bitterness from noble Hallertau hops. Prost!

Pours deep cola into a willi. Head quickly recedes to hug rim. Mild cocoa aromas. Sharp with cocoa a brown bread upfront turning to toasted and toasted pumpernickel in the abrupt finish.

Brewery draught, 10/14/23. Clear, bright copper-maize-rust. Small, dark beige head slowly to ring. Bright orange/yellow fruits, good acidity and crisp yeast on the finish. Hints of toffee and light baguette. Low hop character, just a bit of spice and flower. In the mouth it's malty, with lots of caramel and toffee. Lower carbonation, concentrating the malt somewhat and giving a bit of syrupy sweetness on the end. Good acidity, though and good attenuation. Clean.
