Brewing draught, 10/1/23. Clear (!!) Blonde with brassy tones. Fluffy, well-retained, white head. Spicy, green, lightly onion tinged nose with blueberry, wood and potpourri. Sweat and mild tangerine. All over the place but bright, dainty, clean and with crackery, honey-laced malts. Very balanced. Soft, but with light cracker. Green, spicy, onion-tinged mosaic is somehow endearing. Woody Amarillo. Tangerine, white bread and great malt depth and attenuation. Love what they're doing with their hoppy beers at Side Project. Experimental and never resinous.

Pour is a chalky looking gold with a small bubbly head. Aroma is dank and resiny. Flavor is super berry forward with more dankness and a big bitterness. This was a well made pale ale. Plenty of big hop notes with this one.

On tap at SP Cellar. Pours golden with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is dank, earth, blueberry. Slick body, grass, berry, juicy, nice bitterness, enjoyed this.
