On tap at Side Project Cellar. Black with almost no head. Some coffee notes, chocolate, rum. Dense and thick. Pretty great.

Shared draught, 10/1/23. Syrupy. Unclear. Lovely, rich, not overdone on maple with vanilla and fudge, light cherry and cotton candy. No booze, no excessive sugar though it is very very malty. Wouldn't have guessed rum but it is moderately spicy. Hint of roast, great rum acidity, spice, vegetal notes. Some char and cherry, lots of tobacco. Sweet and syrupy. Tons of chocolate. Really complex and interesting. Really enjoy this one personally.
