500mL bottle drunk 10/1/23. Clear, dark amber-mahogany. No head. Very tasteful, well integrated banana with vanilla, gentle bourbon spice and no alcohol. Spicy, malty, no excess sugar. Lots of caramel-banana-vanilla. Sweet, but nice attenuation. Lighter body for the style. Good integration of adjuncts. Polished and well-done if maybe slightly unremarkable (other than how well done the bananas are).
