Draught at Side Project Brewing, 9/30/23, parking lot celebration for 10th anniversary. Clear, light blonde. Creamy, white head shows moderate retention. Prominent malt, crisp yeast and rich honey and biscuit show a clean, malt-forward lager with only an afterthought of zesty, spicy, not acidic lime. And so in the flavor. Lime is done very tastefully and refreshes the palate in concert with crisp lager yeast, light minerality and excellent malt depth and attenuation.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a pale gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong lime zest and corn malt. Thin body, lime, corn, biscuit, so crushable, enjoyed this.
