Blended Missouri & Oregon Wild Ale. Blend #2. 2023 750mL release.
Orviamo is a collaboration brewed with our friend Trevor Rogers of de Garde Brewing in Tillamook Oregon. Oregon via Missouri is a blend of our wild cultures from Oregon and Missouri fermented a strong Amber Wild Ale that was aged for more than a year in Port, Whiskey, Bourbon and Red Wine barrels with Oregon Raspberries and Plums before being blended and naturally conditioned in this bottle.

On tap at the Side Project Cellar. Brownish with off white head. Vinous with loads of red grapes. Juicy. Bit acetic. Smooth.

750mL bottle drunk 9/30/23, thanks Kyle! Clear, medium raspberry. Small, pinkish-tinged, beige head shows low retention. Nose is fruit skins, fruit seeds, heavy lactic sourness, lots of pepper, oak/wood and fruit acidity. In the mouth it's just a ton of fruit acidity, not very well-aged/softened. Punchy, sour and exacerbated by the rather blunt, sharp, sour lactic acidity. Texture stands up, but the flavors are just not there.
