375mL bottle, SP 10th anniv. line share, 9/30/23. A bit of haziness. Muted bronze-brass. Small, off-white head, low retention. Big brett and mild lactic notes with an almost tropical fruit character from the brett. Some light pepper, mineral and such from the Sacch, definitely identifiable as a saison, with moderate cracker, honey-like and biscuity malts. Clean. Soft, malty, well-attenuated. Lots of biscuit and honey with juicy brett and peppery sacchs. Clean, refreshing and with a good, tart acidity that is not overdone. Wish I knew more about this beer or the brewery, but it's very well-done for a BA saison.
