Canned 9/19/22, drunk 9/29/23. Clear light copper, large, white head, good retention. Nose is insane, esp for 3.8 percent. Crisp yeast, dried herbs, dainty honey and light sourdough. Super clean. Floral and herbal hops, lightly malty with biscuit, sourdough and such. Great texture for its size. Assertive bitterness. There's a strange flavor in here, maybe house character? It's not off putting. Almost waxy. Otherwise this is really well done, clean and snappy.
