Shared draught, 9/27/23. Clear, pale, almost white gold. Small, reasonably well-retained, white head. Very clean, dainty honey-like malt emerges, nicely aromatic. Hints of her bal, dusty hops. Clean minerals. Impressive. Honey and biscuit with just enough of an edge to the malt to refresh. Gentle bitterness with crisp yeast and mineral on the finish. Malty, flavorful, dry and immaculate. One hell of a light lager.

On tap at SP Cellar. Pours golden with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is straw and citrus. Medium body, straw, wheat, crisp finish, very good.
