7 3 8 3 15Draft at Oedipus, Carnivale Brettanomysis ‘18. Brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of vanilla, oak, tart dark fruits, caramel, overripe fruits and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces. Clear deep ruby to brown with beige head. Looks great. Vanilla, sweet and sour berries, oak, soft hay, light balsamico, funk, crisp mineral berry juice, soft sweet port. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Very good.
