Woodstock Pilsner is a German-style pils brewed with a portion of Connecticut-grown malt and a healthy dose of our favorite noble hops.
The product of dedicated years of focused brewing practice, it's meticulously crafted to deliver a delightful and satisfying drinking experience with no harsh edges.
Upon pouring, its radiant straw-yellow hue captures the eye while it imparts flavors of hearty malts, zesty noble hops, and gentle bitterness, balanced by a creamy, palatable effervescence. It's designed to be the perfect accompaniment to introspection or simple pleasure. Enjoy!

Can from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Clear gold, tons of sparkle, nice head with excellent retention and light lacing. Aroma is pilsner malt, faint honey. Taste is pilsner malt, cracker, faint honey. Smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation, crisp finish with mild bitterness. Hops might be here in a bittering capacity. Otherwise, pretty standard pilsner. Fairly uninspired.

16 oz. can. Aroma is weak cracker and mild honey type malt. Flavor has a substantial amount of malt. Low hop profile and the finish is sweet. If there were hops at the start of this recipe, they didn’t survive. Just ok for me.

Pours a slightly hazy, lemon-gold color, with smallish head. Aroma is floral, grass, some bread. Flavor follows. Pretty smooth, crisp, clean mouthfeel. Hop bitterness kept to a minimum.

Woodstock draught, 9/15/23. Clear, bright bronze. Medium-sized, white head steadily fades. Clean, slightly fruity, appropriately hopped (flowers, herbs, spice) with white bread and honey-like malts. Seems slightly ale-like with more heft to it and fruitiness and not quite as crisp on the finish and mineral redolent as I'd like. Still a well-made beer with excellent malt depth and attenuation. Not overdone on hops, adding gentle floral and herbal suggestions.
