Woodstock draught, 9/15/23. Hint of unfiltered/chill haze to this beautifully-soft-hued purple cider. Bright, funky, farmy nose with plentiful brett and gentle blackberry. Rum isn't overdone nor sharp. Lactic, dry, tannic...delightful. Soft, mellow, well-aged in the flavor with bright fruit notes and spicy rum drying things out. Chewy, tannic texture provides a good backdrop of balance to the acidity and it ends balanced and fruity.
