Draught @ the taproom (Oct 2023). Faintly cloudy reddish dark amber with a large foamy beige head, caramel malt aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter caramel malt taste, toasted bread-toffee flavor, thin body, long bitter finish. Smooth and tasty.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Brewery draught 9/14/23. Dark copper with bright rust colors and a small, beige head quickly to ring. Caramel and toffee with honey and light pepper. Soft, sweet, a bit simplistic with low minerality but mostly clean with maybe some slight bitterness/sour grain on the finish.
