Our second Wavy Days 2023 collaboration beer is nothing less than pure gold! We invited our friends from Tilted Barn Brewery up to Maine a few months ago to brew a New Zealand Style Pilsner that’s bright, crisp, and clean; utilizing New Zealand’s Pacific Jade hops.
If you’re looking for a beer that will have you coming back sip after sip, we think this one’s pretty much amazing.

Can drunk 9/12/23. Clear deep bronze-golden. Small, white head quickly to ring. Nelson-redolent nose has plentiful white wine, lime leaf and moderate mineral. Rich, honey-like malts balance gently. Clean, easygoing. Soft, malty, rich, deep, honey-like character balanced by moderate bitterness and tropical fruits accented by guava and mineral. Very clean and drinkable. Love the texture and yet good attenuation.

Pours clear yellow gold into a willi. Bright white head turns soapy and recedes leaving spot lacing. Caramel, hay and mild apricot aromas. Soft with lemon joy, multigrain sourdough and straw upfront turning to bitter apple and metallic bottle caps in the lasting finish.
