Can from Appalachian, fridge for a couple months. The label is similar to Eurisko's & I'm easily confused. Canned 8/07, drunk less than fresh. Pint glass @home. Hazy, dull gold. Bleached, tall & sticky head. Smell is moderate Citra with a little fresh cucumber & Simcoe piss. Long swig gets me mostly Citra, sweet crackers, calcium, pine & popsicle stick. Lingering grapefruit rind pith on the tail. Raw onion burps. It's thin, frothy, yet almost flat on the pull. I sort of like it but then I don't. Not sure.

Canned 8/7/23, drunk 9/9/23. Moderately hazy, light, lemon-golden. Smattering of white head at spotty cover. Nose is definitely more Simcoe-redolent than I'd like. Very woody. Dry, understated, vegetal, Some light white wine and mineral from the Nelson and light citrus from Citra, but the simcoe casts its woody, resinous, piney spell over all of it, sadly. Softish, with some grain and even lightly bready malts. Not super comforting, with pine, wood, vegetal notes and sparse white wine. Just not very satisfying or malty. Its chalky, resinous and bready instead of bitter, as well.
