Hazy IPA dual-hopped with two favorites from the Pacific Northwest, Citra and Mosaic each display their distinct tropical traits. We taste orange sherbet, meyer lemon, and juicy peach. A gentle sweetness that never nears cloying is embraced by a refined bitterness rounding out each sip.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of hopburn, chalk and a bit of floral hop. Flavour is somewhat juicy, with tropical fruits, citrus hops, hopburn, and chalk. No idea why this brewery gets any accolades for their hazies — this is as bog standard as they come.

16oz can pours a murky orange with some white head. Huge fuzzy stone fruit nose, peaches and apricots, melon, sherbet. Sweet but nice. Drinks a touch sweet too, but it grew on me, melon and stone fruits, herbs and soft flowers. Malt and oats. Almost full bodied but a nice pillowy finish makes for an easy drinker.

Pours a hazy, orange-pineapple, with mid-sized head. Aroma is citrus with a touch of tropical fruit. Flavor is sweet citrus, with soft mouthfeel and very mild level of hop bitterness at the finish.

Canton draught, 9/8/23. Heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. White head quickly to spotty cover. Both hops share space in the nose with the mosaic deepening the citrus character of the other. Light blueberry skin intensifies and I get no scallion. Sparse crackery malts easily support the low acidity. Clean yeast with good house mineral character. Juicy, soft, spicy, citrusy. Good malt attenuation though it's a fairly pedestrian white bread-like flavor which seems to be the case with this series. Mosaic is clean and shows no scallion, though, so it's a big success there. Spicy, citrusy, cracker and white bread lingering. Very straightforward.

Pours a golden yellow orange from a can. Dry citrus aroma and flavor, only lightly sweet. Light in the mouth, not oily. Very good beer.
