Cask at The Magnet, Stockport. Sampled Oct 2016. Pours clear pale gold with a white cap. Aroma: malt, bread, citrus, grapefruit. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, semi-dry, malt, bread dough, peach, grapefruit, lime. Light to medium body with light carbonation.

Cask at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Brewery Bars. Shared with Finn. Close-to-clear golden body, scattered lacing, filmy layer. Moderate smell of bready fruits. Mid-sweet citrus and peaches to the taste buds. Short bitter fruity end, dry. Accepted. (22.01.2020).

Cask (handpump) @ MBCF17 [ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2017 ] Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England M2 3GX. [ As Bollington Chinook & Grapefruit ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, frothy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, dough, lime - grapefruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170120] 6-3-6-3-12
