Pours slightly hazed gold into a willi. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Cereal, biscuit and lemon aromas. Crisp with sweet sourdough, spiced honey and citrus upfront turning to earthy pith in the lasting finish.

Industrial Way draught, 8/26/23. Clear blonde. Small, white head, moderate retention. Huge mineral in the nose with Cristy bread and such. Old pepper with dried herb. Very clean and rustic. Pepper and herbs brighten the start with rich honey and clean, crisp yeast on the end. Good depth, attenuation and such.

From my brother: pours gold with frothy white head. Aroma is grassy and lemony. Taste is somewhat bitter, with a nice malty and bready finish. A pils when you want a pils.
