Bottle. Pours opaque black, small brown head, some lacing. Aroma is fudge, coconut, nuts, vanilla, bourbon. Flavor is very sweet, light plus bitter. Full body. A bit hot.

Bottle 0342, 2021 vintage drunk 8/19/23, thanks TJ. Dark, undetermined clarity, little/no head. Prune, raisin, vanilla, fudge, good nuttiness. Nice bourbon character, fudge, salt, lead, rich and mellow. On the sweeter side and definitely a bit lighter than the gold standard but full of fantastic salt, pepper, lead, spice, whiskey, chocolate and vanilla.

500 ml. Thank you TJ on this share! Aroma has weak vanilla with. Moderate pistachio. Flavor shows tobacco, pistachio throughout the sip with a little bit of vanilla and finish. The texture and body are what breweries strive for in the style. Leans slightly on the sweet side.
