Our Festbier showcases a harmonious balance of malt and hops, giving it a smooth, full-bodied character with a touch of sweetness. The aroma entices with a delicate blend of toasted malt, caramel, and floral hops, evoking memories of festive gatherings and joyful camaraderie.
The taste unfolds with an inviting malt backbone, featuring notes of biscuit and honey, while the noble hops lend a subtle bitterness.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to mug.
Appearance: ruddy amber color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some lace.
Aroma: nutty to toasty scents, mellow earthy tones, some caramel/toffee malts, light grassy to floral hops in the background
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a light toned earthy sweet blend; finishes brisk with the malts and grassy hops
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, fairly smooth along the tongue
Overall: more Marzen in appearance but seems a bit lighter towards a festbier in the other categories, no worries, I return to it every Autumn ever since they started brewing it.

Hazy dark golden yelloww with moderate head and mild effervescence. Nutty caramel malt and fresh hay aroma. Lightly sweet nutty caramel malt, and mildly bitter fresh hay flavor. Good body.

16 oz. can from H.E.B. Plus, Boerne, TX. Pours a clear light bronze color with a small khaki head and great retention. Excellent lacing. Bready malt aroma. Bready malt flavor to match the aroma. Good lager flavor. Initially it wasn’t as clean as I expected (from the Noble hops?), but it smoothed out. Well made festbier. Medium body and medium-light carbonation. Low bitterness. Repeatable.
Our Untappd Menu tv ripped out of the ceiling and smashed. Took out a bunch of cases of beer, too. The thunderous crash scared the hell out of me. Luckily no one was hurt.

Very light festbier here. But a new Oktoberfest and VT tick double whammy. Copper but watery looking. No head. Light caramel nose tastes of honey, caramel, hint of malt Lu brown sugar. Watery palate.

Can, undated, fresh off the shelf, drunk 8/18/23. Clear, peachy-golden. Small, white head quickly fades to ring. Nose is lightly herbaceous hops with clean lager yeast and light cracker and hints of honey. Lighter nose, but clean. First sip has clean yeast and herbal hops leading to....watery seltzer-like textures with gentle malt flavors and no body. Bud Lite may have more body than this beer. WTF? Dumped after a few sips.
