As many of you know, our Stash series is our playground for our hoppy beer program here at The Barn. For our latest volume of Stash, we decided to take some inspiration from our friends across the country by using some West Coast Style-influences to produce a lighter bodied, cleaner, and refreshing Double IPA perfect for sipping on during these hot summer days. Stash Vol. 11 may pour more clear than our typical IPAs but it still packs a balanced blend of fresh ruby red grapefruits with subtle hints of pine woven in to provide just the right amount of fresh hoppy bitterness, an integral part of all of our IPAs.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Brewery draught, 8/9/23. Moderately hazy bronze. White head of mod retention. Clean and PNW hopped with no resin. Caramel, white bread malt balanced easily. Very sprucey and clear. Soft, malty, sweet, but with spruce, pine, grapefruit rind. Comes out balanced though still very malty. Lower bitterness and could be more attenuated as a result.
