Brighton draught, 8/4/23. Cloudy lemon-brass. Small, white head at cover. Inviting banana, cream of wheat and hops all pretty well in harmony. Nothing aggressive from the hops, complementing spicy yeast phenols. Clean. Assertive hops up front lending more green, woody, dry bitterness than expected. But the wheat/malt really softens things. Earth, pepper, light banana and very limited clove and bubble gum, thankfully. Interesting, though I don't care for the dry, bitter, woody character of either of these hops.

Pours hazy gold into a weizen. Bright white head with little retention recedes to nothing. Banana and mild smoke aromas. Soft with sweet banana and bubblegum upfront turning to a dry marshmallow finish.
