Canned 6/29/23, last can from four pack drunk 7/29/23. Clear, brass-lemon-golden. White head shows moderate retention. Floral and herbaceous nose but not too hoppy. Lots of biscuity malt with some honey accents. Pepper and crisp yeast on the clean finish. Soft at times but with with some rustic grain, floral, peppery hops, moderate bitterness and light white bread on the finish. Bit of raw flour on the finish is the only detractor. Restrained hops are nice. Clean.

Can - turbid gold - lovely carbonation that kicks up a creamy head - assertively bitter up front, followed by a complex grain profile - the rustic spelt character is something I’m more used to in saisons and I’m not sure it works here - in the end, it makes it seem a little unclean - it’s alright.

16 ounce can. Honey gold pour. Rocky white head. Biscuit malt nose hints at lemon and popped corn. Sweet grainy malt flavor. Slightly citric with a hint of lemon peel. Easy drinking, crisp and refreshing.

Draught at Beer Karma: pours lightly hazy with a white head. Aroma is dirty biscuity malt with some hoppy notes. Taste is sweet, low bitterness, bready malts. Solid.
