Bottle at the brewery, 7/1/23. Dark, good clarity, light-tan head, moderate retention. Nose shows just a hint of fruity port, low wood, low tannin and low sugar with light roast, moderate vanilla and chocolate. No alcohol. Prune..raisin... More dark fruit and fruity ester with light concord grape-like notes and hints of sweetness from the port. The stout itself is very dry, very light-bodied for its size. Maybe not quite thin, but very close to it. Clean and no booze.
