Can. Nice head with good duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are rich lactose acid, berries, tropical fruits, citrus and malt. Nice sour finish.

Roxbury draught, 6/30/23. Bright pink, clear, small, off-white head immediately to ring. Nose is bright fruit, not too acidic, nor is it a nasty, punchy kettle sour and there's no lactose. Good dryness with sparse, crackery malts. Clean. Lighter-bodied but not thin with cracker malts and plentiful fruit notes without too much acidity. Still solidly tart with moderate lactic character. Easy drinking kettle sour. No lactose is just phenomenal. God, I hate lactose.
