6/22/23. Heavily hazy, deep maize with an amber hint. Small, white head to ring quickly. Nose is floral, juicy, yeasty with heavily fruity esters. Spicy, floral and lightly spicy hops are reasonable, with crackery malts and massively fruity yeast. No alcohol or resin. Dry, with a cracker and biscuit texture, not really undermalted, yet very bitter, dry and heavily floral. Despite all the fruity, juicy, tropical notes in the nose, the flavor is just bitter, spice, and floral. Pretty uneventful and monotonous.
