6/22/23. Mildly hazy canteloupe to maize. Small head. Sweat, melon, white pepper. Yeasty, peppery, rich white bread malt. Really bizarre potpourri notes. Heavy pepper, unripe melon rind. Tastes like canteloupe rind specifically, which is gross. Dry, yet sweet at points. Chewy. Some light pine and moderate hop bitterness on the end. Strange stuff but interesting.
