Charlton side pour, 6/6/24. Clear, bright gold. Maybe the slightest bronze-lime tint. Large, white head, well-retained. Getting a good deal of butter, which I assume is Diacetyl. Don't think I've had buttery senxha before. And the sencha itself is earthy, lightly floral, tastefully-done. Cracker and biscuit from malt is sparse. Yeah that must be Diacetyl. Either that or a really weird sencha character/interaction. Whatever the case, it's not problematic and the beer is nicely aged, malty, dry, with lightly toasty, earthy, minimally vegetal sencha character. Very cool beer. The maltiness and mellowness makes the beer.

Pours a lightly hazy, pale yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma is grass, hops, malt, some fruit. Flavor follows. Crisp, clean mouthfeel.
