On tap at RidgeWood, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has a bunch of tropical fruits—guava and mango in particular—and a ton of lacto. Flavour is loaded with lacto, tropical fruits, and sugars. Crappy fruited kettle sour like so many others. Lame.

16 oz can that sat in my fridge awhile. Aroma is mango and lactic acid.. Pineapple and mango is not strong enough to balance the acid. After half this can I feel like I’m gonna have massive heartburn. Certainly not the best in the series.

Can with code 1993 ABU HRVBS4, drunk 5/27/24. Heavily cloudy, lemon-brass-lime appearance. Off-white head quickly to ring. Healthy mix of authentic fruits in the nose with an equivalent dose of somewhat punchy lactic acid. Not sugary, that's for sure. Acid is quite prevalent. In the mouth it shows the high acidity with lactic punch and tart, acidic fruits. Very dry, although not thin of body. Needs a sweet element, even if it's just light, for more balance.
