Bottle at a random bar in Siena. Clear, bubbly. Orange-blonde. Medium sized head. Clean, granular, light sweetness and gentle fruitiness. Low phenolics. Light but apparent hop. Clean. In the mouth it's soft, but well carbonated. Malty, biscuity, dryish. Fruity. Low bitterness. Clean. Forgettable but very competent.
