375 mL bottle, best before 1.9.29, at Sindie, 5/4/24. Clear rosey-orange-cranberry. No head. Sweet, big cherry in the nose. Weird but interesting culture. Some light poop with a bit of smokey Brett. Round, full, moderately sweet cherry first and foremost. Low carb, soft malts, sweet, a bit much so. Needs significantly more acid. I'm not even sure this is tart. Mostly just [well-done] cherries.
