For all the tea-lovers out there, this floral and fragrant pale ale highlights mugwort, a Korean herb. Fun fact: mugwort was used in beer before the discovery of hops.

Pours hazy, deep gold into a tulip. White head good retention recedes to coat surface. Earthy caramel and meadow aromas. Crisp with sweet caramel, meadow and earthy straw upfront turning to pith and peel in the medium length finish.

Can pour from the brewery. Clear golden yellow with light sparkle, thin cap of head and no lacing. Aroma is strong citrus florals, grape. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Not hugely complex but decent.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Thank you Tom! Aroma of herb, botanical? The flavor is slightly bitter with plenty of herb and spice. Ummmm, sure.

Can thanks to tfontana, drunk 4/13/24. Amber-bronze. Big, white head quickly to spotty cover. Smells herbal, clean, lightly hoppy. Bit of earth. Soft, juicy, spicy, floral, herbal. Good malt depth. Clean, heavily floral. Interesting.
