Little Blaze is our Mole Stout. Featuring a modestly sweet base stout and conditioned atop cinnamon sticks, vanilla bean, cacao nibs, and ancho chile peppers, it strikes a perfect balance between rich and spicy. Little Blaze pours like milk chocolate into your glass and puts forth notes of Baker’s Chocolate, warming cinnamon, and chocolate chocolate chip cookies with a warming sensation throughout. Simple yet meticulously well-executed, this beer provides a complex and enjoyable experience as you work your way through the glass.

Meh was expecting something like hunaphu but falls short. Thin, not getting spices or chilies really. Chocolate with a bitter finish.

Spring 2024 can drunk a month ago and now on 4/12/24. Clear, dark. Small, dark beige/light tan head. Low retention. Coffee, light cinnamon, milk chocolate. Pretty low maltiness and a bit char-heavy. Soft, sweet, light, sugary, cinnamony. Strong coffee, milk chocolate and dry spice. Oddly light body. Somehow sugary and yet too thin. Lingering spice, bread, cocoa powder. Just thin and over-adjuncted. Has not improved at all over a month.

Pours a dark, oily, cola-black, with smallish tan head that dissipates rapidly. Aroma is cinnamon, chocolate, some smoke (guessing that's the peppers?). Flavor follows, with just a slight touch of heat. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Really good, though I'd ask for a bit more pepper in the mix.
