Nitro draught at Dragon's Landing, 3/22/24. Clear, bright flaxen-yellow. Medium-sized, fairly well-retained, white head. Mineral, light fruit, lots of fresh yeast. Timid barley but it's clean and there's a bit of herbal hopping. In the mouth it's watery, but reasonably malty with good attenuation. Fresh yeast, mineral, fruit, moderate barley character and low, gently bitter hops. Not quite as intensely English as most, but flavorful and clean.

Poured up via nitro tap at the Dragonmead brewpub with a clear copper body, off white head and thick sludgy lacing. The aroma offers up bready and mineral notes as well as some spicy hops. The taste is smooth and pretty yummy with citrus, spicy and floral hop flavor slowly building toward hop bitterness. To about midway it picks up mineral notes.

Bright copper colour. Slightly earthy nose. Palate shows some pear, and a little bit of pale, vaguely toasty malts.
