Our winter saison pours a cloudy yellow with a clingy white foam. Glacial presents an aroma of peppercorn and pears. Hopped with Crystal and Willamette from Champlain Valley Hops in Vermont. Yeast driven in taste with subtle notes of lemon verbena, white grape, pepper, and floral hops. Glacial finishes dry in typical saison fashion.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy orange to amber color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: slight lemon, white grapes, kinda stiff floral hop notes, white pepper; coriander and a touch of bubblegum
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sticky spicy tone with a kind lemon and bubblegum tone underneath; finishes leaning into the white pepper to lemon with the floral notes and a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; light smoothness but also some of the white pepper and coriander seem to nick at the tongue slightly
Overall: not bad but might be better if it had less bubblegum to it, eh, beggars can't be choosers, I guess I'm just trying to figure out if that "bubblegum" was intentional or not and part of me thinks it wasn't? Hmmm, I'm not entirely sure.

Brewery draught, 3/16/24. Light haze. Lemon-brass. Small, white head sitting at light cover. Estery with lemon and light bubble gum. Soft white bread malt, not much peppery phenol. Honestly a bit crude, bready, astringent. More witbier than saison. Is this a witbier yeast? Lemon, bubble gum. Dry, crackery, biscuity malts. Good texture and attenuation but come on, how Americanized can you get?? This is ridiculous.

16 oz can. Aroma is Belgian yeast, coriander and mild Juniper. The juniper does give us a slightly different feel then the standard Wit Bier. Still shows citrus, and soft coriander. Happy for the twist of juniper. Nice brew.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Earthy meadow, coriander and lemongrass aromas. Crisp with sweet coriander, citrus and bready marshmallow upfront turning to earthy toasted multigrain and juniper in the dry, lasting finish.
