Can to lager glass.
Appearance: clean transparent yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which fell off adequately to leave some messy lace
Aroma: grassy, grainy, grassy, semi-malty
Flavor: mildly sweet through the prior mentioned aromas; clean grainy to grassy aftertaste
Texture: light bodied, very sessionable, finishes crisp, faint malts and grassiness
Overall: I'd say a decent lager that would go well with practically any food.

Clean, mid-golden colour with a big white cap, good stay and foamy lacing. Pears fruit in the nose with some mild hoppy-grassiness over the cereal malts. The hops are a little more in the taste over the maltiness. A decent mouthfeel for a lager, and the finish does bring a touch of bitterness, with the dryness. Not a bad American Lager with just a tad more hops than most.

Brewery draught, 3/15/24. Clear, bright golden-hay. Small, Whitehead sits at light cover. Woody, nutty, not that hoppy. Fairly clean albeit a bit of very light glue. Very good texture but very bland, nutty. Low bitterness, no actual hop character other than a bit over-boiled hop notes creating light grassiness. Promising, but needs a bit of work. Better hopping practices and longer lagering for starters.
