Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow color with a sly transparency about it; three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lemon to lavender sweet and floral sweet notes; subtle sweet wheat underneath
Flavor: takes the prior noted aromas to blend to a light tart to medium strength sweet tone; finishes semi-floral with a slight lemon zesty pop to it
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also a touch of some acidic tart hint providing a little bit of assertiveness here
Overall: nice enough tart lager I believe I could return to.

Canned 2/20/24, drunk 3/14/24. Mostly clear, leaving some heavier sediment in the can. Clear bronze with a small, white head that sits at spotty cover. Lemony wheat with juicy lavender. Kettle souring not too punchy. Love the grain here. Adjuncts aromatic but not overdone. Wheat, lactic acid, a bit thinner than the nose leads one to expect or hope. Juicy, tart lemon and lavender. A bit of nutty almost astringent character on the finish. Not this brewery's strong point but a fine Summer quencher, I suppose.
