Woodstock draught, 5/20/22. Clear, pale white-gold with brass undertones. Beautiful, fresh, authentic ginger and dainty honey. Crisp, clear, clean and spicy. No flaw or alcohol. Soft, almost chewy-like with the honey and a moderate spiciness from the ginger. More aromatic than it is flavorful (the ginger) leading to a great balance in the liquid; not ginger domination. The honey is rich, but light here, given the abv, and there's light fruitiness from yeast with light mineral and crisp, champagne-like effervescence. About the last thing I expected to see from Tree House, but it's absolutely stunning. So flavorful and drinkable. If I could drink this regularly, it would absolutely be my go-to alcoholic beverage of choice.
