Brewery draught, 3/2/24. Clear, dark amber. Small, beige head, moderate retention. Chocolate, toast, roast, vanilla. Bit of caramel, crisp yeast, clean, low hop. Soft malty, chocolatey, not too toasty. Bit of hazelnut, caramel, honey. Crisp yeast, good attenuation. Very mellow and well-lagered.
