We’re pleased to welcome the latest addition to our Resilience line: Lafayette, named for a distinguished peak within the “New Hampshire 48.” The journey along the Franconia Ridge connecting Mount Lafayette to Mount Lincoln is a hiker’s dream—one that starts on the Old Bridle Path just 20 minutes south of our brewery.
Built around a combination of Citra and Mosaic, with a small addition of El Dorado, Lafayette was crafted to be an easy drinker. Waves of citrus, light pineapple, and tangerine pith. Minimal bitterness with a light mouthfeel mark this beer; the finish is characterized by notes of freshly squeezed blood orange and candied grapefruit peel. Available in 4 packs and on draught starting tomorrow.

4 oz draft. Aroma is herb with a good amount of grass. Flavor has orange, juicy lemon, good malt body to balance. Well made without doubt.

Pours murky dark gold into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing to coat rim. Sweet pineapple and mango aromas. Soft with dusty mango and melon upfront turning to tangerine peel and pith in the dry, lasting finish.

Tasting room draught, 3/1/24. Heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Small, somewhat creamy, white head. Juicy with a fair bit of pine and spice. No onion! Good and estery with substantial malt character. Honey, biscuit and such. Lingering orange marmalade. Soft, juicy, malty, good attenuation with juicy citrus, estery yeast and a balancing pine and spice. Clean.
