Can. Pours a hazy yellow with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of citrus and dank grass with a bit of sweet onion coming through. Flavor has citrus and citrus rind with a growing onion and a bit of melon underlying.

Can, undated, drunk 2/24/24. Heavily hazy, pale-golden-brass. Large, well-retained, off-white head. Lightly spicy with some NZ or AUS hops, it seems. Juicy tropical fruit and rich malts with biscuit, honey and heavily fruity esters from the yeast. Nothing too explosive, though, with no heavy mineral and not much spice. Maybe I'm mistaking it for something like Cashmere or just really well-done Citra. You never know with Citra... Yeah, maybe AUS hops...MAYBE (probably not) but definitely not NZ hops. Seems more like wood and spice with Mosaic and Simcoe and Amarillo being the likely candidates. Light juice, heavy floral spice. A bit thin, very dry, lots of cracker and biscuit that doesn't play well with the heavy woodiness of the hops.
