2021 bottle drunk 2/22/24. Clear, dark, small, light-tan head quickly to ring. Nose is still going strong on the chai spices, and they are still front and center, but the malt and barrel are close behind, bringing a decent balance. Alcohol is apparent with warming. In the mouth it's still nicely malty. Certainly not thick or rich, but ample. Chai spices not as prominent in the flavor but the bourbon is rich and spicy with some liquor and moderate tannin. Nicely balanced, very, very flavorful and the bourbon is excellent. Assuming this has mellowed and softened really well over time.

I don’t usually buy all the variants but for whatever reason today I said yes. Black pour and obviously lovely Baltic Porter base. Nose is some cinnamon and chocolate. Tastes of fair.vanilla, cinnamon, plum, bourbon, wood. Not the Over whelming chai feeeling but not an issue

Pours mahogany tinged ebony into a tulip. Mocha head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Vanilla and cinnamon aromas. Thin with sweet vanilla, cinnamon and creamy cardamum upfront turning to sweet hot caramel, bourbon and oak in the lasting finish.
