500mL bottle (I think, it was definitely a different shape than the standard tall, slender 375mL) at Stout Week line share, 2/18/24. A chocolatey-raspberry, clear, viscous. Big banana and raspberry as promised, authentic, of course, and quite sweet honey to back it. While it's certainly not overly acidic or punchy/raw, I don't see much of what the barrels have done here, though I guess it must be more mellow than if it hadn't been barreled. It's not boozey. Soft, rich, thick and viscous with concentrated honey and lots of fun banana. Raspberry is bright yet not acidic/sharp. No alcohol noted. Mellow enough finish with lots of honey, quite sweet.
