Rated at Side Project Brewing. Smooth, slightly grainy and bready malty with some crispy notes, grass and hay, hints of floral notes. Crushable and balanced.

On tap at Side Project Cellar. Clear golden with large fluffy long lasting white head. Easy drinkable, clean, bready, some herbal notes, tad bitter. Great!

Brewing draught, 2/17/24. Clear blonde, pale. Small, white head, quickly to ring. Good minerality and hop character with pepper and herbs. Not quite as robust on the malt, but clean. Soft, lightly malty, a bit honey-vanilla-ish. Floral hops, a bit peppery and somewhat flat. Kind of sluggish in the carbonation category. Hint of soap.
