Brewing draught, 2/16/24. Heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Small, white head. Pineapple and a hint of caramel, with melon, strawberry and lightly piney bitterness. Cracker, biscuit, such. Clean, crisp, snappy, bright, bitter, piney, citrusy, mangoey. Really lovely texture, carbonation and funky, wine and mineral-rich flavors. Huge estery yeast. Some light bubble gum, even.

On tap at the SP Cellar. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is pine and citrus. Slick body, grapefruit, pine, light bitterness, very nice.
