Been a while since I had a waxed Saison, it was probably from side project last time too but there have been a couple others. Delish! Oaky vanilla soft slightly lemony funk.

On tap at SP Cellar. Pours a hazy gold with small white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is floral, mineral, funk, oak. Slick body, funky, mineral, oak, brett, lemon, light tartness, very nice.

Cellar draught, 2/14/24. Clear, honey-blonde. Good slice of moderately-well-retained head. Delicate malt and Brett with a hint of floral notes and tropical fruits emerging as it warms. Light funk. Clean. Juicy malt, honey and white bread with tropical notes and bread. Maybe not quite as delicate and bright in flavor, with more heavy malt and oak tannin, but certainly nothing to scoff at.
