750 ml bottle. Thanks to ClarkVV on the share. Aroma is mild apple, light oak, soft funk. Cider dominates the flavor with hints of funky yeast and mild wood. More complex than a barrel aged cider. Unique.

750 mL bottled August 2023, drunk 2/10/24. Clear brass-golden. Ring of bubbles. Mineral, lactic acidity, fresh apple pulp and light Brett. Clean, mellow, fruity, delicate. Nice mix of cider and beer. Tart, lactic, heavily attenuated, spicy. Some good juiciness, lots of pepper. Biscuit and cracker. Long lactic and apple notes. Lingering spice, Brett, mineral.
