This beer is crafted with thoughtfully selected ingredients, each with its own unique character, resulting in a harmoniously delightful and flavorful experience. Peachsicle is Haze conditioned atop a carefully dosed volume of whole bean vanilla. The resulting beer carries waves of peach notes encircled by prevalent but balanced vanilla character. We taste peach creamsicle, sweet peach vanilla bean syrup, and peachy hops atop an original Tree House mouthfeel. This beer works incredibly well on its own but can also contribute some wildly unique character to inventive cocktails. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Canned 12/29/23, drunk 1/27/24. Deep haze, bronze-golden. White head, quickly to cover. Juicy, citrusy, piney. Really nice mix of West Coast and New England character. Vanilla is soft, rich, comes on strong on end. Soft, rich malty, juicy, pine-laced with heavy spice and rich vanilla bean. Luxurious. So few breweries doing this quality of novel IPA without lactose or a bunch of other crap.

Pours a hazy, copper-peach, with mid-sized, lasting head. Aroma is peach, citrus, vanilla. Flavor is peach and vanilla, some citrus. Hop bitterness is kept to a minimum in the finish. Soft, smooth mouthfeel.
