Canned 10/10/2023, drunk 1/23/2024. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, rust-bronze. Large, yellow-tinged head shows moderately-strong retention. Juicy nose with a bit of maple, fruity yeast and not too heavy on the specialty malts. Mellow and clean without any resin. Just orange juice and light tropical fruits with a hint of pine and base malt to balance. Touch of biscuit/cracker. No booze. Good, approachable bitterness with light spice, light pine and almost a touch of smoke in the very background. Soft, juicy hops balance assertive bitterness and specialty malt (and white ash, i guess). Ample, well-attenuated base malts tie everything together and it's clean and flavorful. Wow, great intro to this brewery. Will now check them out at some point.
