Can at home breaking dry January for this lovely concoction. Lighter golden amber. Some sudsy head. Nose is caramel and bready. Tastes much the same with some herbal notes. Clean delicious palate.

Brewery draught, 1/6/24. Light amber, clear, well-carbonated, creating a large, beige head, well-retained. Bread, cracker, honey and light red fruit. Gentle herb and spice from hops. Clean, light mineral. Good aroma strength. Crisp, very malty with a variety of flavors going on from the malt. Bread crust, cereal, toasted baguette, and so on. Low bitterness, good malt depth, great attenuation. Bit of fresh herb in the finish with excellent minerality and crisp yeast. I like that it's highlighting malt and yeast. Too many hop-forward beers these days...
